Instructions for Mail-In

1. Remove the ECU.
Turn the car off, disconnect one battery terminal (either one), and remove the ECU.

2. Label and pack.
Stick a label on the ECU with the model year and VIN. Pack the ECU snugly in a box.

3. Ship via FedEx.
Send it to the address in the order confirmation email (you’ll receive it after checkout).
At the FedEx office, request a return shipping label and place it inside the box.

4. We tune and return the same day we receive it.
As soon as your ECU arrives, we’ll tune it and ship it back that same day.

Instructions for Appointment

1. Right after checkout, you’ll get an email with a secure link to book your appointment.

2. Open the link, complete the short form, and pick the date and time that work best for you.

3. Show up at your chosen time—we’ll be ready for you at the address provided in the email.
