Mail-in instructions

  1. 1. Remove the ECU. Turn the car off, disconnect one battery terminal (either one), and remove the ECU.
  2. 2. Label and pack. Add a label with your model year and VIN, then pack the ECU snugly in a box.
  3. 3. Ship via FedEx. Send it to the address in your order confirmation email. At the FedEx office, ask for a return shipping label and place it inside the box.
  4. 4. Quick turnaround. As soon as your ECU arrives, we tune it and ship it back the same day.

Appointment instructions

  1. 1. Check your email. Right after checkout you'll get a secure link to book your appointment.
  2. 2. Pick a time. Open the link, fill out the short form, and choose the date and time that works best for you.
  3. 3. Show up. We'll be ready for you at the address provided in the email.
